EIBS Support - ensuring long-term content management benefits


At EIBS our aim is to provide excellent customer service and to ensure your content management system project is a successful one.   You can read some or customers CMS success stories on our case studies pages.
 
Our Support team provide the following services:
 

Help Desk

Customers can obtain help and advice via the EIBS Help Desk at any time during office hours. The Help Desk is contactable by Telephone, Email, Support Feedback Form or Fax. Additional support outside these hours can be obtained via special arrangement.
 

Training

EIBS provide a range of on-site user training packages for EasySite clients. The training takes place in one of two formats – ‘hands-on’ or lecture style. The former is suitable for small groups of up to 6 individuals in a PC training room situation (i.e. 1 person per PC). The lecture style can be given for any number up to a hundred depending upon facilities.
 

Consultancy

We offer pre and post installation consultancy to help customers make the best use of EasySite Content Management and other EIBS products. In addition, we can offer specific development integration with various kinds of back office systems.
 

Web-based Support

EIBS maintain a Client Extranet that gives clients 24-hour access to information on CMS product updates, user guides, staff contacts, support and training. It is also possible to log support enquires by filling in a Support Enquiry Form.
