Content management provider EIBS Ltd has launched the newest version of their CMS EasySiteTM. EasySite™ v6 is projected to further strengthen EIBS’s position in the UK CMS market.
EasySite™ v6 is based on the very latest in Microsoft technologies – Visual Studio 2005 and .NET Version 2, launched this month worldwide. Achieving its key design goals of flexibility and scalability, EasySite™ is powerful enough for the most demanding application. EasySite™ v6 represents 5 years of CMS development and the experience gained from supporting over 130 Public and Private sector organisations.
EasySite™ v6 allows the user extended functionality with key features including 100% front-end management for authors, complete browser independence, a fully configurable integrated search engine and powerful asset management. This newest version has been designed around the key needs of the user. EasySite™ v6 allows for easier administration, quicker implementation and the flexibility to adapt to a client’s changing needs.
Fundamental to EasySite™ CMS has always been its ability to automatically adhere to accessibility and readability standards such as W3C and Bobby AA. EasySite™ v6 goes even further by enabling clients to check pages with Accessibility and Readability Checkers before pages are saved and published on the site. Individual pages can now be checked and scored to ensure they are easy to read and accessible to all site users.
