Additional Functionality of EasySite™ v6

Along with the core system EasySite™ v6 also allow for additional modules that can be added to the system for extended functionality.

Our extensive range of EasySite modules and templates enable your website to develop and expand as required or as financial constraints allow.

URL Shortcuts
This module enables site administrators to define short addresses to any page or section within the site.  For example www.eibs.co.uk/company/jobs/sales-jobs could become www.eibs.co.uk/sales-jobs.

Directory Builder
This module allows the creation of multiple searchable directories/databases.

Events Calendar
The Events Calendar plug-in module allows a searchable database of events to be created for any number of event categories. EasySite™ v6 users can benefit from enhanced features within this module, for example public submission of events.

A-Z  Services
This module enables the creation of a database of services. The service is automatically displayed to the public user under the appropriate letter, as defined by the first letter of the services title.

Link Manager
The link manager module allows administrators to maintain a categorised database of links to other websites with descriptions and logos

Discussion Forum
The Discussion Forum Module allows the creation of multiple discussion areas or boards with the option of moderation and the creation of private discussion areas. Private boards can be protected by username and password with each authorised user having their own account details.

Form Builder
Bespoke feedback forms can be created which are then available to authors to use anywhere on the site - there is no limit to the number of different forms the module can create. Each form can contain text boxes, text areas, select lists, check boxes and radio buttons.

Mailing List
This module allows users to register their name, email address and a username and password. Administrators are then able to send an HTML email to all registered users when new information or new services are added to the web site.

JobShop
The Job Shop provides a fully searchable customisable Vacancy Database. Administrators can define the categories with which each job belongs to and then add Jobs to the system accordingly.

Multiple Choice Quiz
The Quiz Module allows the creation of an interactive quiz via a non-technical interface. The solution can be customised to include optional logos and also features a High Score table.

User Group Delegation
This module enables the delegation of user and group management to sub administrators. For example, a sub administrator can manage their own team of users and create groups of privileges for these users.

Asset Browser Template
This template enables authors to create a dynamic page, which allows visitors to search, browse and drill-down through your Asset database via the front end.

PDF Conversion
This feature allows the User to specify whether all attached documents within the Asset Manager should be converted to PDF automatically, or select conversion on a document-by-document basis.
Content Sharing Template (included as part of the core system with EasySite Community)
This template enables authors to create a 'master' page within the site and then display that page in other sites (community version) or other sections, without having to copy the information.

Personal Portal
The personal portal module enables visitors to your site to personalise the information they see on the homepage. Administrators are also able to email users based on their selected interests, which are taken from categories defined in the categorisation engine.

Polling
The new polling module enables administrators to define multiple-choice questions, which can then be displayed as a user poll to site visitors. After casting a vote, the user is shown a graph of the current results for each answer.
